On the Tomorite container it says every 7/14 days. Which is best, weekly or fortnightly?

My toms have fruit on the lower trusses only.

I've been feeding mine once a week.

Had to stop them as they are on the fifth truss and at the greenhouse roof.

I may go to twice a week soon as more and more toms are evident.

It says every other watering on the Tomorite bottle  for greenhouse toms  and as I water every day I feed every other day.   I also think it's too much so I slow it to once a week later.
