Planted out courgettes and seemed to be ok for a week but now leaves seem to be dying out.They were planted in rich soil with farmyard manure bought from garden centre.Any help would be much appreciated as we have had no problems before.

Is the manure fresh?  It would be better well rotted.
Are they drying out too fast>  Manure can really get dry quickly.

Mix in leaf mould or a fibrous compst.  At worst get those water retaining granules and mix them in.

how long did you harden them off for?

Many thanks for your replies folks. I think it may be that they were,nt hardened off as other half put them straight into the ground from the greenhouse.
