The Al-ko dealers for the UK are Rochford.
They can be found here http://www.alkogarden.co.uk/
Have a root around the spares part of the site on the cultivator part & you should find a parts diagram and a user manual. If it's not there, send them an email, they are quite helpfull and sent me a PDF of the manual for my 5000-R.
