How can you tell the difference between male and female Isa Browns?

Where did you get the Isa Brown in question from? An Isa Brown is a hybrid.

If ISA Browns are like the other brown hybrids they are normally colour sexed at hatching, so you should only hae a female if you bought it from a hatchery or rearing facility. Our Bovans Goldlines and Babcocks are all girls, the males get gassed usually once hatched

I purchased them from a local/chain tractor supply store. The reason I am asking is because I have three chickens and two of them have patches of feathers missing on their back. Our neighbor said that might be because one is a male who is breading with the other and causing the feather lose. Any suggestions?
