Chocolate Mint

After succesfully killing my mint last year, I have 3 chocolate mints coming in the next few days.

I wanted to grow it more for the smell than the cooking side, then I began to think, how do you cook it?

Do I throw it in the pan with the spuds, or will that make my spuds taste of After Eights?!!

Think it would make you spuds taste a bit odd but what about using it to flavour things like desserts?

Or Choc mojitos!!!

Mojitos made with chocolate mint of course!

Oh it's a drink  T total so no good to me  - but choc mint cake or choc mint ice cream or choc mint cookies in fact anything so long as it's food 

I didn't realise you could use chocolate mint!  I just like the smell!!!!  Great for dieters!! lol

If you want some joyfull, I can get you a clump?

3 Lovely plants have arrived, and they smell divine!
