onion sets

i still have some onion sets that are in good nick so to speak if i plant them now will i get a crop or should i leave it they are sturon!

Leave it, you'll get nowt.

If you've got the space, put them in, they may be small, but it's better than compost.

I'd put them straight in. Not a lot to be gained this time of year.

And you can use them like spring onions for salads and stir fry too.
