Chilli Question
« on: April 27, 2009, 20:06 »
I am going to plant my chilli plants into final pots, am I right in thinking they need fine well draining soil/ mix with sharp sand or am I wrong again and just use potting compost / top soil mix.

The last few years i have just been using the cheapest grow bags and filling the large pots with that.
Chillies dont like  roots to wet, so good drainage helps.
I put stones in the bottom of the pots to help the drainage
