A sad pepino (melon pear) plant
« on: April 25, 2009, 15:27 »
I rescued it from Lidl yesterday. I've given it a good water but it still looks rather woebegone; should I just put it in the greenhouse and cosset it for a bit? Should I feed it at all? It's about 9" tall.

Yes, it would like warmer conditions with some tomato fertilizer. Check that there are no white fly on it, as I saw several white fly on Lidl pepinos last week, and that is the last thing you want to introduce into your greenhouse.
