I have some Charlotte's growing in Marshalls grow bags (I obviously had too much money one month!  The rest are in Tesco flower buckets!) and I have been adding soil as the shoots show.  The soil is almost to the top of the bags now!

My spud bags are nearly full-up now as I've rolled up the tops and added more stuff. My carrots are coming along nicely; one sort in the ground, and two sorts in tubs/troughs on the bench. Onions are romping away.

Don't get over excited, keep a level head and an eye on the weather forecast. Still plenty of time for frosts, a lot of spuds turned a nasty shade of black at the end of May last year & that's 6 weeks away yet!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

:nowink: I should've guessed you had another up your sleeve!

Digger, it's getting painful

Back to potatoes, I have Swift, Rocket, Vivaldi & Hunter in bags, all sprouting nicely but a close eye kept for frosts and they've been earthed up & fleeced more than once already 'to be safe'...
More to plant later, chitting at the mo.

My duke of york are growing really fast nearly  at the top of a pop up garden rubbish bag.  Charlotte coming along but they are in enormous pots.  Hunter showing and needing topping up.  Those Duke of york are fast though.
