hi are chickens hard to keep , im in a city , would the local cats have a go at them or can they fend them off ? ! i was thinking of getting a few , what would the minium amount be ?

The cats wont be a problem they will be interested to begin with but once they've had a peck they'll stay away

As for how many it really depends on how much room you have Were you thinking about them being in a run or free ranging?
