I've got a Badger earthquake rotavator powered by a six and half hoss, four stroke Briggs and Stratton engine. I am very happy with it but I wanted to know if you can put ordinary car engine oil in?

                                         Thanks.

have a shufty here

http://www.allotment-garden.org/articles/rotovator.php

and see if your engine is listed. there's loads of B&S engines on there so you'll probably get lucky. From a quick peek it looks like bog standard 10w40 will do.
