Am i worrying too much

Just to let you know my last chick  failed to hatch stuck to shell. My fault i believe as i removed incy top to remove egg shells to give chicks more room while last egg was pipping,Hence messing up humidity i won't do that again. Hope my mistake may help others also new to incubating eggs
I still think i am extremley lucky reason
1, 11/12 hatched
2, 10/11 female
3, the 1 that failed to fully hatch was male
