poultry- too many cocks

Bred our own silkie chickens and now have 4 beautiful cocks, some white and some a fabulous golden colour with blue markings. Don't know what to do with them as they get a bit of a hard time from the chief!
Any advice/offers welcome. We are in Dorset.

We got the cockerels killed as recommended. Plucked and hung them and two of them(white silkies) flesh turned blue. One which didn't turn blue we ate and it was delicious. All treated the same. Any ideas p :?:

silkies flesh is blue thats the colour it is , thats why there not realy the best breed for eating .
