t is supposed to send you off to a reaxed nigth sleep but I think that is an exaggeration -- I can't say I've noticed falling asleep after drinking it! Good though.

It's not a soporific exactly, but if you're stressed (or if the kids are overexcited) it helps you wind down a bit, which can make it easier to sleep.
