we've got them growing wild round here....I just never knew what they were   but now I shall be out getting a free harvest of jam making stuff!!

I have them growing in my hedgerows and didn't know what they were until i saw the programme.

Ooooh - winberry crumble is stuff of legends in our family.

Many a sunday evening was spent with everyone full to burst and grinning at each other with purple stained winberry crumble teeth!!!
