Hi can any one give me any info on what kind of products you use for sparying your crops what pesticides you use . is there some you are not able to use ..

Organic issues aside. If you can buy it from a shop, you can use it.

There are numerous products available, just read the label to see what they do!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

As well as reading the directions label, also read the contents label. That might help your decision  ;)

depends on whether you just want to kill whats there (glyphosate), or prevent anything else from growing again for a couple of years ( sodium chlorate i think, but also others depending on what you're trying to kill).

If you have a small area there are very few occasions when you need to use pesticides. Squidge catterpillars, rub off aphids, trap slugs and avoid pest and diseases by selecting planting times and varieties, covering crops at vunerable periods and encouraging wildlife.

Look at each crop you want to grow in the information section of this site. That will tell you likely problems and any pesticides that are appropriate.
