HI ALL IS IT OK TO CHIT POTATOES IN A HEATED G/H OR WILL I HAVE PROBLEMS

I've had mine in a heated greenhouse since December 10 degrees min and they are fine, with short stubby chits and no sign of going soft yet.

I belive anywhere between 2 and 10 degrees is fine for chitting.
