They're quite thirsty and will need watering every day for the first couple of feet, then every other day, and feeding every week.
Plus you need to stake them with something substantial.

All jesting aside, several of mine have "nibbled" leaves, and a few have leaves that really don't look that healthy ( a tad crinkly ), I can post pics tomorrow if needed, will they be ok or do I need to do summat?

Also, is it normal that they still only have 2 big leaves, they're about a 4 foot high now? ( had to move them into the big greenhouse so they have more headroom :D )

Yes, if you're growing them in a drainpipe

Im planning on growing mine (or the 1 survivor so far) up the front posts of my munty runner bean frame.
I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany.

That's what I did last year, gives the frame good support. ;)

Haven't sown my ones yet, intend to do so when I get back up north middle of the week.  And I've only got Wilkos ones so that will have to suffice anyway  :)
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
