I bought some seeds yesterday..not telling you what I've got though...

my 7yr old is up for the challenge (megan). what are we to do when wilkos hasn't got any? i've bought her some others but do we need to do a wilkos own too? gonna try some down the lotty and some in the garden

Tillytup the wilko's own is going to be the 'control' group to see who has the best growing skills alone... versus the alien hybrid Colossi we are able to buy. It's not strictly necessary but will add to the fun. What are the other seeds you have? Oh and i've put all the new contenders on.

The seeds I've got grow 4 feet before the cotyledon.

They come with a set of ladders and a 30 foot tape measure. They're called Giganticus Collosus Beanstalk. Rumour has it they grow a golden egg at the top but no-one's ever been able to climb high enough to find out. I swapped the cow for some.

We'd like to join in too - must go to Wilko's to get some seeds now though.

A couple of years ago I grew one which was around 9ft tall, which i thought was good until I saw one on telly which was basically as tall as a house.
