Have they broken through the concrete capping ok ??

I'm feeding mine on rump steak and pro-biotic yoghurt. It's an old native American method. Once the flower buds form, you have to switch to a liquid feed of valium and Carling black label.
I read it in an old book I found in a junk shop.
"Growing giant sunflowers the Native American way" I think it was called.

Or did I dream it ?

I'm trying to find some 'oss poo locally. Loads of stables but they don't answer their phones. I have a trailer and a shovel at the ready.

Do farmers stack their manure to rot like stables do or do they have to have it carted off as hazardous waste ??
There's one or two farms in these parts i could try also.
