Collapsed Onions

Collapsed Onions

Planted Radar and Senshyu onions about Oct.
Grew to about 4-6 ins then stopped.
This cold spell has made all the green collapse and look wilted.

Will they be OK?

It is probably the freezing weather has prevented the plants from taking up water (ie, it's not available because it is frozen) and have got a bit dehydrated.  My broadbeans have done the same before now and recovered when it gets milder.  I shouldn't worry too much.
