One of my Dutch pullets has started to lay. For the last 5 days she has laid one of these
I cracked one open and there is no yoke. Her sister is laying normal eggs.

Is this likely to continue or is she just practising

There are three signs of old age. The first is your loss of memory, the other two I forget.

Don't know about the eggs but they are tiny!

Has Bert settled down with his new wives?
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.

Havent got any scales to weigh them but they are about the size of a grape :!:
She laid another one this morning so I think I have a duff hen. Never mind she is lovely anyway.

Hens often lay one or two like this when coming into lay but I have to agree with you here; she's beginning to look like a duff egg layer. :(
I demand the right to buy seed of varieties that are not "distinct, uniform and stable".
