i noticed where i am growing my brassicas , the leaves on my cabbages , brussels  have got black spots on them,also dock leaves and anything else there has the same. Is there something i can do to prevent this occuring again?

Is this possibly due to the 'honeydew' secretions from the whitefly? Sooty mold grows on that.
