Winter veg
« on: September 26, 2008, 13:12 »
Hi

I'm a bit of a novice gardener & crop grower and I am just after some advice regarding winter veg.  Our tomatoes and cucumbers are coming to an end in our greenhouse now and I was just wonder where there is any winter veg that I can grow in the greenhouse?     We haven't really got an ideal space for growing veg other than the house at the moment, although there is potential to have a small patch by the chicken coop!

Any tips/advice on what I can grow would be appreciated.

We are soon going to plant onions and garlic but other than that i have only seen people talking of planting broad beans.  You can do peas this time of year for an early crop next year but your very likely to get mice.
