Adding new hens

Hi all
I currently have 3 hens, 1 is with 3 chicks (3 week old light sussex).
My problem is I had a call last night and have agreed to rescue 4 more laying hens which i have to collect today
One of my hens is a bit peck'y with the hen and her chicks so I dont know how to mix them all
Should I add the new girls to the hen with chicks (she has started to lay again and I think is getting board with chicks) and keep them in separate run or just throw them all in together or try and make 3 runs next to each other?
Aghhhhhh so confused :?

Any ideas would be really great

Hi there, if i were to introudce new hens i would put the newcomers in a pen inside the pen with the others, they get used to each other im told in about a week, it will save all the trauma,

I agree. I am very lucky that my main big coops chooks are all very laid back and gentle so I havent had a problem with introductions. But I would however agree with TC and either put them in a pen next to each other or section off a bit of your coop and put them in there and physically put them out during the day and in at night with the others
