Ok we have some sprouting Desiree potatoes and are wondering when can we plant them?

Having looked on th web it say planting in Spring, and if this is the case then hows best to store them until then?

Please help this is the first of many questions from us.

Not easily. Sprout some again in the spring.

Bin  'em, sorry but they are way to late. Buy new in the spring.
