Went up to see the guy today and he told me his feed mill was broke,motor had burnt out so he's got no feed at the mo,a new mill will arrive next week so if you do know of any other places Orfy feel free,I dont want to put all my eggs in one basket :oops: if you know what I mean

Have you ever been to W.T Gibsons in Kingsley,looking on there web site and it looks to have the lot and not that far either

Maybe a bit late but there is 2 places for food on the formby bypass.

This is the supplier but further in the site they list the retail out lets.

I buy my layers pellets from pets at home in a pinch, £8 for 20kg (Dobson stuff). They also do mixed corn in 20kg bags. A local pet store does a lot of aviary stuff and i get cheap mixed corn and grit from them as and when i need it (Usually 50p a kg). All my chickeny equipment (Feeder/Drinker etc) comes from a local pet store in the Ellesmere port market. They don't stock it, but can order it via catalogue for me. However Gibsons mill have nearly everything i needed last time i went and the bonus is they are near a chook supplier. However the last time i went was quite a while ago! Are you in Warrington Mr Chookles?

I would also advise on getting it delivered to your door from the net, I've heard of that being handy in some situations.

Thing is i do a lot of DIY for my chickens (built everything for them, converted a rabbit hutch to a coop). So if you need a hand with some DIY... just give me a ring! I'm in Ellesmere Port, as you've probably noticed.

Not Warrington Micheal,South Liverpool not far from our wonderfully named airport :roll: Popped into Gibsons today on the way back from getting my chooks,there open 7 days a week,Sunday till 4 :shock: so it looks like this will be the one for me and the guy in Moore if iam stuck for time,I dont mind having a little drive out now and then as I think it adds to the whole chook owning experience
