Am all excited have just ordered my onions and garlic for autumn planting!  Hopefully I will have better luck than the beetroot, carrots and spring onions I have all but drowned!

I might just learn one day, but for now hope is enough to keep me going

I think every gardener has learned by doing almost every 'how not to'    They are usually the best remembered lessons. But keep at it, things will go right soon and discovering how delicious real vegetables taste will make it all worth while.

So very right! You are going to love your onions, mine are yummy! And I couldnt believe the taste of my dwarf frenchies tonight, they are totally different from shop bought. My 8yo wolfed the lot and asked for more.  Thankfully Im growing loads, and they take up hardly any room
