Hi again

I have a huge rambling courgette plant which grew itself out of my home grown compost. I spread it over the plot in the autumn and the self sown plant appeared in the spring.

I've pinched the tips to contain it and its healthy in every way except alll the flowers are male............hence no courgettes. Any ideas?

You must have an agapanthus variety... she's had none or few courgettes. Sometimes it's the luck of the drawer. Sometimes cutting off the male flowers before they flower can hinder female flower growth.

i grew corgettes and i grew green bush brought them from morrisons 59p a packet about 50 seeds i have had to pick them every day i grew mine in 3 in pots in the greenhouse until they were ready to plant out in the vegetable bed
