Still not sure, can you go thro' it  1 2 3  style.

1. take your photo ,save on your computer.
2. register with a website such as photobucket (it's free)
3. upload photo to that website (ensure max upload setting is 640x480 pixels, I think it is)

either:
4. beneath each photo, photobucket has a number of boxes.  the bottom one is called IMG.  click in there, and copy the shortcut (right click menu or highlight plus ctrl+c)
5. go to the allotment message you want the piccie to appear in.  paste the img code at the appropriate place.

or:
4. look at this thread to upload from another site which has IMG code for the picture

then:
click preview to see whether it's worked

click submit for all to see

In the other picture you posted mic the first box under the typing box (Dissable BBCode) was ticked which made it just show the code instead of the picture.

I've fixed it for you mic.

BBCode was not allowed in your profile for some reason.  I've changed its o now you should be OK
