Plot Update (Pic heavy)
« on: August 04, 2008, 21:55 »
Just thought I'd post some 'then and now' pics of the plot...

When I first took it on in May:

After lots of weeding, diggind and strimming:

First sowings:

Stuff growing:

And these I've taken in the past couple of days:

I honestly would never have guessed how much fun, and how satisfying it is, to grow veg - I love it!!!

And although I've not taken a new photo of it, I've finally got rid of the bl**dy buddleia in the middle of the plot (I freecycled it!)
Sal

Organic...so far!

Sal it looks brilliant! Well done, you can really see the work you put in

Hard work but one of the best feelings ever :-)

Thanks for your lovely comments folks  :D

it's amazing how it doesn't feel so much like hard work when you're enjoying yoursefl, it's only later when you look back at how much you've done that you realise just what effort went into it!

Now I've got rid of the buddleia I am planning my bed extension!
