can i save the seeds from insie my runner beans? and how do i save them?

Leave the beans on the plant until the pods go brown. Remove them, place in a warm dry spot & take the beans out when pods are dry.

Store in paper bag in airtight tin.

Leaving the pods on will slow down the production of beans though, mind you, no matter how careful you are, there always seem to be a lot you've missed at the end of the season. I would not start leaving the pods for seed now for this reason.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
