What's the name of this flower?

It looks just like an Arum Lily, but the white part of the flower is flat??

Cant even find a pcture of it.

Thanks aunt sally thats it. Wish I had posted this sooner as its been driving me around the bend.

Do you know much about them at all? Just my supervisor has a pot on her desk, and one of them have gone green. Does this just mean that it has died. (I hope so as she has vcut it off lol)

I think they do go green as they age. Now you know it's name you can google for information

I've got 2 of them, they've only every flowered every few years, even though I've moved them to different spots!

Well my managers just sits on her desk and she has had 2 pop up since I have worked in that department for a month, strange things lol
