Only rained a few spots last night. 20% precipitation tonight.

Very dark clouds over the IOW & Portsdown Hill. We're always sheltered here.

Dry until Wednesday. Yeah..right.

Looks like the hose is coming out for the beans & others.

PUP!
Top tip for camping....don't go.

Had about 5mm yesterday.

Went down all of 1/2" into the soil.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Me and sadgit are unfortunate victims of the North East's very own mini climate. It consists of rain, light showers, drizzle, heavy rain, gale force winds , frost (even in July) oh and very heavy rain.

Aint been to me plot in three days cos roads keep getting closed because of rain and gale force winds ggrrrrrrrrr

2007 was a total washout looks like 2008 will be too

There may well be dark clouds over the Island but we're not getting any rain.  Those of you up north, please push it down this way but overnight only please, pretty please

Hey kezlou & sadgit, same here. Our roads turn into rivers, visibility is zilch driving round. The plus side is my tom plants have shot up despite the wind and I've some excellent flowers opening on them. Just hope for the toms developing now. I'd planted out all my pepper plants before the weather broke, incredibly they're looking remarkably good, small but good. It's meant to be dry-ish tomorrow, then rain all next week. Yup, lovely summer    :nemo: same here aidy
