if its a runner its not bad at all depends on the wear and tear on it . me id go for it ,briggs n stratton engines are real workhorses , see it working ( digging ground  ) afore buying making sure it doesnt smoke deep blue smoke .this usally means the rings have gone  you can replace them cheap if you know a mecchy .about a £100 in a service centre .. go and see it and then decide , in my opinion its werth a look any time ,

i`d have a punt at it at that money. as muntjac says, see it working before parting with any hard earned.....
