Weather predictions 2007

My (borrowed) copy of GardenNews, January 3rd, says that 2007 is likely to have above average rainfall with February and March continuing wet, followed by heavy snow late March. Since a) I got my plot last Summer, when it was generally too hot and dry to dig and b) Autumn / Winter have been too wet to dig, I'm wondering just when I'll get to finish preparing the ground in order to plant all the "crops" I've bought ...

i will have to convert a hovercraft to do the rotovating if remains wet until march :? :cry:
