my broody wont budge to  poo so i have to life her off every few days.
this morning i lifeted her off to poo and she went straight back into her chicks and pooed all over the remaining eggs and the last hatched chick. not a prob as i had dd hold the babies while i cleaned the coop, eggs, bed and chick it was very watery!
i lifted her again tonight to  poo and check the coop for  poo.
anyway once again she went straight back in and pooed this........ all over food and coop. im sorry its graphic but i aint never seen seen this before from any hen. (omg grammer lol)
the blooming bit was like  jelly in a way, very strange. do i need to be worried? :?

there was more than that!! helpppppppppppppp  please. thank you all and sorry again its a bit gory

this is munty ..im suggesting but not certain your chuck has coccidiosis .the blue looks like necrosis and with the volume of blood it suggests this to me you  need to take the chicks away and try and treat the hen with a product you may be able to obtain from the vet its called Nitrofurazone

see the folowing and then get confirmation from the vet ,,,

I'd still go for coccidiosis Netty.  I don't know what to do about the chicks and eggs but mum certainly needs a vets attention  :!:
