I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am growing various chilli plants and some peppers for the first time, can anyone tell me do you pinch the side shoots out like you do for tom plants?

Secondly is says in a book I have to pinch out the growing shoots on my chilli plants when the are 10" tall, is this correct as it seems very small to me?

just leave them alone, no pinching etc..
