Hi all, I've just recieved some stalosan from regency poultry, but there's no instructions on the bottle, is it safe to scatter all over their run as i'm afraid they may ingest it while scratching about for tasty morsals.

Hi, got this info with mine...

Unique broad spectrum powdered disinfectant. Anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal. Destroys coccidialoo cysts, parasites, worm and fly eggs and larvae. Removes ammonia and hydrogen sulphide and dries out moisture. Non-toxic and suitable for use with all livestock. Apply to litter, bedding areas and around feeders / drinkers. Very effective for prevention of coccidiosis.

recommended usage is 50g per square metre, about a handful.

They do peck food off the floor so im guessing they also got a small dose of the stuff but they have been fine and it does state non-toxic
