Worried about my garlic

I know it's early days yet, but my garlic (planted mid-October) is about 18" tall. However a sneak peek shows the bulbs are still only about an inch across. Harvest should be June/July/August. Do you think they will swell up in time?
Growing salad leaves isn't rocket science.

Sounds like mine Scribbler I reckon they'll be fine I was planning end of July harvest anyway.

just because it saya harvest time is this or that you can leave them longer if weather permits to fatten up :wink:

The foliage stops developing when bulbing and splitting takes place, this is triggered by day length and higher temperature, then foliage dies back and bends over.
