Four Polands. Can you tell the sex??

I have four poland chicks. 2 Gold Laced and two Chamoise (cream colour to you and i)

Three of the chicks have a full and wide tuft on their heads. One has a narrow tuft which is almost swept back. Is the odd one out male? Or does this have no significance at all?

Well I think Mdueal said that the ones with the elastic band tied round their heads are the females and the others males. I have both too so I am looking forward to putting this theory to the test
