Does anyone on this forum have an allotment on the Shipton Road (Rawcliffe ) site? As a family we are thinking of putting our names down and  working one (half one maybe)  together if we ever get lucky.

Further to my earlier PM, I've now spoken to someone who has a plot on this site.

He was recently told that the waiting list is about 2 years long.  I think it's managed by the Clifton Without and Rawcliffe Allotments Association.  I have the name of a contact, but no details of how to contact them - so you should still get in touch with the council allotments administrator for their details.

I think all sites in the city have waiting lists of varying length, but there aren't really any other sites that close to that part of the city.
