Chited Corn

I have just chited my sweetcorn and when I opened the box, as well as some shoots( which was quick as I only put them in there yesterday) I noticed white fluffy stuff, might this be mold if so should I wash it off ?

No, just plant them up. They'll be fine. Mine were like that and they are growing well now.

another question, how frost proof are they, will they be on in my sheltered mini greenhouse or should I leave them inside ?

They're not frost proof, but you may get away with it in your mini greenhouse.
