2 coops in 1 pen

Hello folks, just joined. We have recently started keeping hens and after keeping 6 warrens (1 year old ex "free range" farm) for a few weeks we decided to expand the flock and bought 2 light sussex  and 2 high sex browns. we bought an old ark type coop with a small run for the new hens. My question is can two factions live in harmony in the same pen as they don't seem to like each other. They are separated by wire mesh at the moment.
