Newbie question about kitchen scraps to chuck food.

Ok I have gleamed that you can not give meat of any sort to chucks.

But what else is safe for Chickens to eat or not
Can we split this is to two groups cooked and raw.

Is left over mashed potatoes ok? (Cooked if you had not guessed)
Potato peel is that OK?
