Bluebells tend to throw up a clump of strap like leaves before the flower spikes appear but it could be the same family ...it will be intriguing to find out when they do eventully flower for sure  :D

The top ones are those blue things that are always in your Mum's garden - grape hyacinths
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

i'd agree with grape hyacinth - looks kind of similar to blue bells - but smaller.

we have both in our garden.

No laughing at all, pretty much something in the hyacinth family, as Trill says hard to say without the flowers. 8)

And as Shaun says, a lot of them can be quite a weed. :lol: But I'd think, worth the wait though, most of them are really pretty.

Also, we could be all wrong. :shock:

And as it were, I just had another look at this photo, the foliage of anything we are offering does not look like that. :wink:
