aggy and munty go into eggs
« on: March 10, 2008, 10:22 »
ok folks a bit of fun for the week here ,
the task should you care to take it on is to design a leaflet to post through doors locally here  to try and sell our eggs,
the winner will design and then make it able to be downloaded to us or to copy from another source so we can print it off,a small prize will be given for the best one chosen by you the growing public ...

so the criteria
the banner must include the word balbirnie and invite visitors to come and meet the birds at west cottage
the chickens are not free range but do get to run wild  on the grass picking up seeds etc here at balbirnie " without our consent ":wink:we like to call them friendly chicken eggs  and are fed natural feedstuffs .

the eggs are £2 a dozen, a buyer may get lucky and have a double yolker.
we can deliver locally on the estate and take telephone orders for 1 week in advance (leave a slot for putting in a telephone contact num)

we only have about 8 dozen a week so its first come first served.
you may include a picture if you like to cheer it up  :D

oh and if you have any old egg boxes we would love taking them off your hands .

so there it is guys n gals .... we need the finished leaflet by 12am lunch saturday  15th you can post your efforts on this page and then we will have a poll to decide the winner which we will open on the saturday evening 15th running to sunday night 16th
still alive /............

Have you got any chicken pics that you would like on the leaflet? I was thinking of avoiding the bare bum one.
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

You can do A4 split into 2 making 2 off A5 so you halve your print costs. Just need a pair of scissors.

You can get 250 business cards for free through a company called vista Print if you play your cards right. They are in colour and free is always good.

Its amazing how much info you can get onto a business card. We have used them, PM me if you want any details.
