Well Pamela, maybe if we hired a BIG truck, I could take some chooks to the girls in France who want some, then down to Portugal to deliver the 1200, then nip across the border with your ones!!!!

The only problem is, to cover all the costs etc, I'd have to charge you all £100 a chicken!!!!

Sounds a bargain seeing as some we saw at the hen show were over 300€ a pair! :shock: Imagin paying all that and they don´t produce eggs to breed with! Jim just yelled, Arsenal scored (YIPPEEEEEEEEEE) nearly fell off my chair!!!!!

Got a land line at last. no adsl or broadband just dial up which is really so s...l...o...w!!!! At the moment we are in the library- where the pcs seem to be racing along- even though they often give up too!
By land line I mean a radio phone, but at least it is not the mobile all the time. Had we got another big mobile bill I think I would have ended up as chicken food, or come to think of it, food for the neighbours piggies
