I bought some "pimentos de padron" seeds online which have now arrived. Is it too early to plant them out in our unheated greenhouse ?

They need heat to germinate. Put a few in a 3inch pot, cover with cling film, and put on a sunny windowsill. Keep them indoors until after all risk of frost, if you can.
PS Keep well watered. If you stand the pot in a saucer you can water it without removing the cling film

I do mine in a heated prop as the temperature is more constant. They can be a bit touchy and will sulk or just cock their toes if they get cold.
