At present I’m not sure whether I am worried more about the weather or the slugs.
Funnily enough reading my paper this morning a gardener in London says his allotment is doing well. Perhaps the London area has a microclimate??
Keep digging

Yeah the forecast is much better now, things should grow away and slugs will be less. Might even need to water outside for the first time in a full year next week

Yep, same up here in Yorkshire - just the potatoes are looking anything like decent. Peas, French Beans, sweetcorn and squashes all sulking............
Fingers crossed the change in weather due over the weekend and into next week will give them all a boost!
